YOUR ORDER

You may place your order using the secure online order form at www.londonflowernet.com or by telephone by calling +44 (0) 208 7729924.

Your order will only be considered as final when your payment has been processed for the full amount due.

The following payment methods are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Switch.

Your payment is processed when we receive your order.

We will send you an automated email confirmation of receipt of your order.

We will email you directly if there is a problem with your payment.

You may cancel your order if you notify us of cancellation 2 working days in advance of the proposed delivery date. We will refund the payment to your credit card within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund in full any order that we cannot undertake for whatever reason.

You must supply accurate and complete information to enable us to deliver your order; if address or contact information of the recipient is inaccurate or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery of your flowers. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we will not be held responsible for misspelled names or messages. A telephone number must be included with your order; if not included the order is sent at your own risk.

We do not as a matter of course issue receipts.

FLOWERS AND GOODS

Orders can be delivered anywhere in mainland United Kingdom (excludes islands and Northern Ireland). Orders must be received at least one day in advance of the delivery date.

Orders to London postcodes can be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before 10.00 am UK time.

Orders are not delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders for delivery on a Sunday will normally be made up and delivered on the previous Saturday or following Monday.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver your flowers on the day specified, we reserve the right to deliver one day before or after the delivery date in exceptional circumstances.

PRICING

All prices as shown on the website and the secure order forms are applicable at the time your order is placed.

Prices include delivery costs and value added tax (VAT). London Flowernet's VAT Registration Number is 703 1497 58

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Flowers and goods are guaranteed for 7 days.
